Siwei Curry Sauce - (思味咖喱風味醬) 400g 

Ingredients:

• Peanut oil, soybean oil, shallot, coriander, red chili, salt, fennel Seed, tumeric, cumin, black pepper, cinnamon, star anise, galangal, lemongrass, garlic, ginger, Sugar, shrimp paste

Directions:

1. Defrost product in refrigerator
2. Add 20ml oil into a cooking wok and lightly stir fry 200-400g of chicken, beef, lamb cubes for 5mins
3. Pour Siwei curry sauce into a cooking wok, and simmer under medium heat for 5-10 mins (occasionally stirring).
4. Serve and enjoy!

- Store in freezer up to 1 month
- Once opened keep chill and consume within 3 days
