Siwei Chilli Crab Sauce (思味新加坡辣椒螃蟹醬) 400g

Ingredients:

• Garlic, shallot, red chilli, ginger, pepper, lemongrass, peanut and soybean oil, sugar, tomato sauce, salt, wheat flour

Directions:

1. Defrost product in refrigerator
2. Pour the product into a cooking wok and lightly stir fry
3. Add 500-800g of crabs to the sauce and stir fry crab under medium-high fire for 10-15mins
4. Add 100ml into work and mix well.
5. Break 2 eggs into wok and toss for 2-3 mins. 
6. Serve and enjoy!

- Once opened keep chill and consume within 3 days
